	EECG was establish in 1993, by the Managing Director, Dr. Peter P. Zhou (PhD Applied Geophysics) to provide policy research solutions and consulting services to public, private, governmental and non-governmental (NGO) sector clients. The consultancy has a network of other expert consultants with complementary skills at its disposal, enabling it to tackle any project, big or small, to the fullest satisfaction of our client.
